Our journey began with a simple mission: to fill a need we saw in our community for a reliable, respectable local meat processor. We wanted to give people a direct source for clean, well-raised, USDA-inspected meats—and not just any meats, but ones raised on our own farm, located just across the road from our shop. With deep roots in Farmington, both of us were born and raised right here. We knew we could offer more than just great meat—we could offer true farm-to-table products and a transparent, sustainable process our customers could trust.

From raising animals with care on our farm, to slaughtering, butchering, packaging, and selling—all of it happens under our watchful eye. Our offerings include a variety of locally raised beef, pork, and other meats, as well as pork lard, beef tallow, jerky, sausages, fresh cheeses, spices, and more.
